What I do
I call myself an Energy Coach as energy is at the centre of my work - whether it be helping you to feel more energized - or working with energy. In my sessions I use a combination of energy techniques, (EFT, Soul Talk®, PSYCH-K®, and coaching), to help release subconscious resistance, pain, and unhelpful beliefs and emotions.
For example:
- Helping your conscious and subconscious minds work together towards a particular goal.
- Helping you to change the way you feel about an event in your past, present or future.
- Helping you access your Inner Wisdom to find the right way for you to move forward in your life.
Lighten up your life!
In the same way that carrying around excess weight can make you feel tired, carrying around emotional ‘baggage' and physical ailments can have the same effect - only we don't necessarily realize we are carrying anything.
However, when that ‘baggage' is released - so is the energy you were using to hold onto it.
There are many ways that our own personal energy can be drained - for example: -
Fears / phobias: With these it can sometimes feel like we are ‘out of control’ – reacting to situations rather than being able to consciously choose our responses. This leads to worry – even in the absence of the thing we are afraid of, and worry literally ‘wears us down’.
Physical pain: If we are in pain, we do not feel at our best, and although we can get used to the pain – part of us knows it is still there. As a result, we are not living to life to the full.
Past trauma / emotional issues: Traumatic events in our past can stop us from doing things we want to, or make us err on the side of caution. Emotional issues, past or present can also leave us reacting in ways that seem inappropriate to the actual situation at hand.
Conscious / subconscious limiting beliefs: We can be aware of some of our limiting beliefs, but more likely we are totally ‘blind’ to the subconscious decisions that run our lives. Often referred to as ‘self sabotage’ - this is why we can be full of good intentions – and then end up doing something completely different! It is estimated that we only use around 5% of our brain's capabilities consciously i.e. through choice. Therefore, 95% is operating outside of our conscious control. This is why positive thinking and willpower help to begin with - but don't usually last.
My aim is to help you get as much of the remaining 95% working for you rather than against you.
Sessions
Each session is tailored to the needs of the individual.
I work both face to face and on the phone with clients. An initial session is usually 90 minutes, with subsequent sessions normally ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. Sessions can be booked on an individual or block basis. Contact me for more information.
